Intercommunicate's Synergetic Chat Refund Policy

Intercommunicate's foremost concern is to make certain you are pleased with your   purchase of Synergetic Chat.  If you are unhappy with Synergetic Chat within 30 days of purchase, and want a refund, this is the procedure:

1. Fill out your information on the Secure Refund page.  You will be contacted for confirmation with 48 hours.
   
2. Once your refund has been confirmed.  You will run the uninstall option for all installations of Synergetic Chat you have made.

There will be a $5.00 charge on all refunds to cover transaction costs

You are eligible for refund only within 30 days from purchase.
